Request Tech Support

Requesting tech support can now be done through our support portal. Knowledge Base articles with solutions to common technical issues can also be found.

  • Sign in
    • Employees: StarID@minnstate.edu
    • Students: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
  • Once signed in click on services. Select the category that best serves your need or request. You may also select get help to report a general incident.
  • Once the category is selected a list of services will be available. Select the appropriate service.
  • Click “Request Service”
  • Fill in the form and click “Request”
  • Answers to several common technical issues can be found in the knowledge base issues. Click “Knowledge Base” to access the Knowledge Base.
  • Select the Category that relates to your issue.
  • Followed by the corresponding article.
