- To access the portal navigate to oitservices.arcc-atc.com
- Click “Sign In”

- Sign in
- Employees: StarID@minnstate.edu
- Students: StarID@go.minnstate.edu

- Once signed in click on services. Select the category that best serves your need or request. You may also select get help to report a general incident.

- Once the category is selected a list of services will be available. Select the appropriate service.

- Click “Request Service”

- Fill in the form and click “Request”

- Answers to several common technical issues can be found in the knowledge base articles. Click “Knowledge Base” to access the Knowledge Base Articles.
- Select the Category that relates to your issue.
- Followed by the corresponding article.
