All my email is being sent from one email address, can I change the “Sender” address?

Your account will have every email address associated to your StarID linked to the account. One those email addresses will be defined as your “default” and will be used as the “Sender or From” address. That address will be used for any email you send either new or a reply. 

You can change your default email address from the StarID Self-Service site: 

  • Sign-in to Profile 
  • Click on the “Office 365 Contact” tab  
  • Select the desired address
